By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms without limitation or reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updates will become effective when posted within the App or on our website, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
