COMMUNITY
We were never meant to follow Jesus alone. At Oak City, there are two ways to belong to family and grow alongside others. In community, we are known, encouraged, and empowered to become who God says we are.
Kingdom Community Groups are ongoing small groups for those who consider Oak City Church their home. These groups meet weekly in homes across Birmingham, creating space to build lasting relationships, care for one another, and share life together as family.
KCGs meet throughout most of the year, with a few months off for seasonal breaks. To join a KCG, participants should consider Oak City their church home and have completed Elements.
Seasonal Small Groups are short-term gatherings centered around a specific topic, Bible study, shared interest, or area of spiritual growth. These groups meet for a set number of weeks and provide an intentional space to learn, build relationships, encourage one another, and take a next step in your faith.
Seasonal Small Groups are open to everyone, whether Oak City has been your church home for years or you are just beginning to connect.
